ROQ OUT
Compact automatic machine for folding, packing and labelling garments
3-in-1 solution for folding, packing and labelling garments. Designed primarily for the use with T-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts. The ROQ OUT can be customised to suit the needs of each customer. Final dimensions can be adjusted in 3 positions by changing the fold plates and adjusting the fold position. Non standard dimensions between the the minimum and maximum limit can be reached with customisation. Dimensions are automatically adjusted by the operator on the touch screen interface. The length is set according to the width of the film roll being used.
The packing section uses rolls of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or polypropylene (PP) plastic film, 40-60 micron layers thick.
The label is the final station. Contents of the label are set on the machine console or on the direct supplied computer using their ERP. After labelling, the garment is ready to go!
