DESCRIPTION:
The Monti Antonio MOD.91-2600 is a high-performance calender engineered for industrial textile applications requiring precision heat control, tension management, and versatility across printing and finishing processes. Designed with a 500 mm diameter heated drum and an expansive 2600 mm width, this machine supports a wide working area of up to 2400 mm—ideal for high-output production lines.
Built with Monti’s patented oil-heated drum system, the MOD.91 ensures highly stable and uniform temperatures via a closed-circuit vacuum oil bath—completely air- and pressure-free—for consistent performance. Controlled through a user-friendly touch-screen interface, the temperature management system includes ±1°C precision, safety alarms, and max-temp safeguards up to 230°C.
Equipped with independent motorized tension controls for fabric, transfer paper, and protection paper, the MOD.91 provides seamless web handling and precise substrate alignment. Additional features include electronic synchronization, NOMEX felt with auto-centering and protection system, worm screw for selvedge correction, integrated cooling fan at fabric exit, and a digital meter-counter for production run tracking.
Whether used for sublimation transfer printing, reactivation of direct inks, or heatsetting specialty finishes like the “crush” effect, the MOD.91-2600 delivers industrial-grade control, reliability, and quality.
