Mod. 91 IP Calender is used for bonding and printing with films/webs, special effects and foils, and transfer printing, with an internal pressing roller used for:

• Transfer printing
• Direct inks reactivation
• Thermosetting – heat setting
• Film/web thermo-bonding
• Plasticisation and coating with a film
• Metallization and gold lamination
• Transfer of special effects (eg. snakeskin)
• Embossing using release paper
• Heat setting of the “crush” effect
• Application of “blackout” films and barriers

• Touch screen temperature control up to 230C
• Tension control for printing material, protection, and printing paper
• Independent motors with an electronic synchronization system
• NOMEX felt with pneumatique tension adjustment system and automatic felt-centering device
• Incorporated system for felt protection in case of blackout and/or compressed air lack
• Meter counter, with alarm to predetermine the length of production runs
• Front touch-screen keyboard for production data access and programming
