Mimaki TX330-1800 – Digital textile printer for natural and synthetic fibres
The Tx330-1800 is a direct textile inkjet printer that can be used with dedicated textile pigment inks and dye sublimation inks, and use almost no water in the textile printing process. Compared to the complicated textile printing process that requires a large amount of water for conventional dye inks, these inks complete the textile printing process with a simple printing and baking (heat treatment) procedure, eliminating the need for water supply and drainage, water purification facilities, and dyeing expertise, making digital textile printing more accessible to customers.
In addition, the “330 Engine,” a high-resolution, high-definition print head that is used in our flagship printers, and our proprietary imaging technology, will enable customers to create expressive on-demand textile prints with higher image quality than ever before through beautiful gradation expression and high-density printing.
INK TYPES:
Mimaki offers three waterless textile ink types tailored for different fabrics and applications. All inks are eco-certified for safety and environmental performance:
- Textile Pigment Ink – TP410
- Colors: C, M, Y, K, R, Gr, Bl, Lk (8 colors)
- Fabrics: Suitable for both natural and synthetic fibers
- Fixation: Requires only heat for fixation – minimal post-processing
- Expanded Gamut: 8-color set (with added Green) offers vivid, high-color expression
- Certification: bluesign® APPROVED
- Note: Only compatible with TxLink5 RIP (not RasterLink7)
Ideal for: Curtains, apparel, general textile decoration
- Dye Sublimation Ink – Sb420
- Colors: Bl, M, Y, K, Lb, Lm
- Fabrics: Direct printing on polyester
- Application: Produces vibrant, durable prints
- Certification: ECO PASSPORT certified
Ideal for: Fabric signage, soft signage, banners
- Sublimation Transfer Ink – Sb411
- Colors: Bl, M, Y, K
- Process: Printed on transfer paper, then heat-transferred to polyester
- Certification: ECO PASSPORT certified
- Note: Usable only with hybrid ink configuration on TX330-1800
