DTF Eco I-SUB Film – Hot/Warm Peel – Double Coated – Anti Static – 600mm x 100m is specifically for DTF printers.

Our Eco double matte film is suitable for large simple designs only and has one printing surface and the underside has an anti-slip coating designed to prevent feeding issues and improve grip.

DTF is a fantastic new technology that allows you to print onto a wide variety of textiles & other materials. The process utilises a very strong hot melt glue bond to the material, which gives an incredibly high resistance to washing.

DTF is a more economical & much more productive print method compared to current technology such as DTG.

Our DTF Hot Peel Film further improves the production process by allowing the operator to immediately peel the transfer off after heat pressing onto the item (rather than waiting for the items to cool down before peeling).

Specifications

• Suitable for large simple designs only
• Not suitable for small intricate designs and small letters
• Size- Width 600mm Length 100m Core size 3″
• 2 rolls per box
• Base material- PET film
• Coating- Two-sided matt and one-sided release coating
• For peeling off whilst media is hot/warm
• Pressing temperature- approx. 150°
• Pressing time-  approximately 10-15 seconds
• Stability- Thermo stabilised with anti static treatment
• Thickness base film- 75 microns
• Store the DTF film if not used in the same print room and leave it in its plastic bag, inside the packing box.
• Store at a constant temperature between 20°C to 30°C (20°C to 25°C recommended) and limit fluctuations to 10°C per hour
• Printing conditions in the printing room must be optimal, Humidity between 35% and 65%Rh, non condensing (50% is recommended)
• Limit fluctuation to 5% per hour 35% is the absolute minimum to obtain stable printing results

Shelf life 1 year from production, guaranteed 6 months from date of purchase (if stored under correct conditions)
