The WPE-subli is a combination machine with double-sided or single-sided preheating, with aluminium heating plates from the bottom, hot air circulation oven from the top, and vacuum membrane press in one chassis, to actuate the sublimation process. This process consists of transferring images into the solid surface or another material prepared for sublimation.

 Sublimation press machine options:

Standard one side heating (table) manual opening and closing

WPE-S serie (Standard sublimation press)

  • WPE-Subli-S-1313 size 130x130cm
  • WPE-Subli-S-1331 size 130x300cm

Optimum double side heating (table and cover) manual opening and closing

WPE-O serie (Optimum sublimation press)

  • WPE-Subli-O-1313 size 130x130cm
  • WPE-Subli-O-1331 size 130x300cm

WPE Therm

Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a plastic sheet is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold, and trimmed to create a usable product. The sheet, or “film” when referring to thinner gauges and certain material types, is heated in an oven to a high-enough temperature that permits it to be stretched into or onto a mold and cooled to a finished shape.

Thermoforming machines

  • WPE-Therm-P-1313 Size 130x130cm
  • WPE-Therm-P-1325 Size 130x250cm
  • WPE-Therm-P-1331 Size 130x310cm
  • WPE-Therm-P-1337 Size 130x370cm

Important: The right mold is very important for a high quality finished thermoformed product.
On request we can help you with the right information (or right partner) for producing the mold.
